SHIPPING
How soon will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days and further take 4-7 business days to arrive depending on your location and the type of shipping you select at checkout. Delivery and tracking details will be provided via email or sms once your order is shipped On rare occasions we take a personal leave and orders will be delayed but we make an announcement on our shop as well as notifications on our social media.
How much is shipping?
Shipping in the India is free for pre-paid orders and COD orders have delivery charges of INR 70/-
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs. In such cases refund will be processed through a bank transfer within 10 working days. Please email us at contact@berrybunnies.com regarding order cancellation.

What are the payment option available?
You can pay online on our website using net banking, your debit or credit card. We also accept all major wallets, UPI and COD.
Do you offer COD?
Yes It is available, if the order is below INR 2000/- and with an extra COD charges of INR 70/-
ABOUT THE HAIR ACCESSORIES
What are your headbands made of?
Our headbands are made out of a soft, nylon that is gentle on your baby's head and won't leave an indent on their little skulls. They are one-size-fits-all so you don't have to worry about picking the correct size for your babe or buying new headbands as they grow.
Do you have other colors of nylon headbands?
Our headband bows all come standard with a black nylon headband.
Should I choose headbands or clips?
For children below the age of 2, we usually recommend our super soft nylon headbands. If your baby has enough hair then you can opt for clips.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Of course! Just put the recipients name and address in the ship-to fields. Then just leave a note on your order letting us know it is a gift and leave a personal message if you would like. We will be sure to write out your message on a card and not include the invoice.
